You can order an Exact Cash ATM through any of the 4 channels below:
1) Order By Phone:
Please call our toll-free line at +1 (844) 950 2867 to place your order over the phone. An experienced account manager will be happy to take your order and answer any questions you may have.
2) Order By Email:
To place an order via email, please send your purchase or lease order to sales@exactcash.ca. If you have additional questions or concerns, please be sure to include them in the email. An experienced account manager will respond to your request within 24 hours.
3) Order By Contact Form:
Simply navigate to the contact page, and fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page. Please specify whether you are looking to purchase or lease the unit. Also, include the make and model, if applicable. If you have additional questions or concerns, you may include these as well. An experienced account manager will respond to your request within 24 hours.
4) Order Online:
Simply navigate to the Equipment page and select an ATM model. On the product page, select an Equipment Plan (Purchase or Lease) and then select an offer (You will find different promotions in this section).
On the check out page, fill out the requested information, schedule your installation date, and select your payment method.
Once you have placed an online order, an account manager will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the order and answer any questions you may have.
All customers must complete our KYC onboarding and ongoing processes.

All customers are required to submit a copy of their government photo ID, along with a copy of their business registration (if applicable).
If you wish to load the ATM with your own cash, you will be required to fill out an additional form.
Once these documents are submitted and approved, you will be able to deploy ATMs as needed.
